HERON, in collaboration with MSPS, leveraged the milestone of 40 stores nationwide by transforming a business achievement into a high-impact experiential platform.

The challenge focused on increasing physical traffic and engagement in selected stores while strengthening local brand presence. The ambition, however, went further. The objective was to convert a simple store visit into a meaningful, interactive experience that would connect people with the brand in a tangible way.

Built around the creative platform “We Reached 40 Stores and We Celebrate It,” the activation embraced a double meaning. “Reaching” symbolized growth and expansion, while “stepping into” invited people to physically visit and engage with the stores.

A Dual-Mechanism Engagement Platform

The activation unfolded across two complementary experiential pillars:

LED Interactive Dance Floor, a high-visibility installation designed to generate immediate attraction and strong crowd effect.
Claw Machine Activation, a play-and-win mechanic combining fun, anticipation and reward.

Both experiences followed a unified journey: attract attention, activate participation and guide visitors into the store to complete their registration.

The coupon mechanism functioned as a physical bridge between the activation point and the store, reinforcing the retail network as the final and most meaningful touchpoint of the experience.

High-value contest incentives enhanced the celebratory nature of the campaign and provided a clear motivation for participation.
