Account Director

MSPS Athens, a frontrunner in the Integrated Marketing and Sales services sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Account Director to join our exceptional Retail Excellence team.

Our Retail Excellence department specializes in providing high-quality merchandising and sales solutions tailored to meet our clients' needs. We focus on optimizing in-store merchandising to improve the customer experience, while driving sales growth through strategic trade marketing initiatives, detailed auditing, mystery shopping, and data-driven insights. Our suite of services is designed to enhance retail performance and help clients achieve their business objectives.

Your main responsibilities as an Account Director will be:

  • Leading the execution of the project end-to-end ensuring its implementation and delivery
  • Coordinate and supervise of all key processes of the project - sales teams’ training, work schedule, management, reporting, evaluation
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Communicating and collaborating closely with account management team, sales’ teams, HR, Logistics and data analytics to ensure that clients’ needs are met
  • Supervising staff, project progress, timelines, KPIs, expenses & assistance in budgeting
  • Building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Preparing monthly overview of client activities, revenue forecast and future plan
  • Preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals
