What's up MSPS Romania: Auditing for Unilever


Unilever launched an audit project, with the objective to monitor 8 categories of products from over 100 Bucharest stores (hypermarkets, cash&carry, medium & big stores) MSPS recruited auditors to visit the stores from a list supplied by Unilever: a single visit/store/cycle. We had a monthly visit cycle and up to 8 KPI’s measured in store via electronic questionnaire on hand held device. Our role included strategic communication, control of roll out data plan, consistent measurement & quality control of data questionaire development, reporting dashboards, local management and provision & training of measurement field team. After very good results in the 1st year, the retail audit program expanded nation-wide in 700 stores and in present, the project is running successfully for the four year (2012-2015).
