What's up MSPS Romania: Mystery Shopping for Omo

MSPS was called to implement a mystery shopping program for OMO brand in Carrefour Hypermarket. As solution, the mystery shoppers were sent to check the compliance of an activation campaign, based on agreed KPIs as: promoters speech and product knowledge, lucky draw and instant prize mechanism.  As results, we had 4 MS visits that increased the quality by almost 80%.
